RE RTAX86U

Will the RTAX86U still get upgrades for firmware or is it nearing EOL?

Seems to still perform well,

The AX86U seems to be as popular as the AC68U which was still getting updates after its EOL date. The AX86U, in my opinion, has better performance than many newer routers. Even my AX86U Pro router and mesh node do not seem to perform as well.
My bet is that upgrades will be available for several years to come.
As for my old AX86U? It will find a second life with a deserving family that I support with technology.
