Recommendation for a IGMPv3 VPN Router Please

I'm getting some conflicting information on the RSV4000 and WRT610N(E3000) with regards to IGMP Snooping/IGMPv3 support. I'm in need of such a device as it will be used for IPTV.

Assuming those two aforementioned devices do not support IGMPv3, is there any suggesitons on a VPN router that does? If not a VPN router, how about a regular router <400.00?
