Any chance we can repurpose the physical buttons on the router (LED/WPS,wifi-on/off) to trigger custom scripts or actions?

Thanks!

Asuswrt-merlin allows you to turn wifi on or off via the WPS button on models without a WIFI button.

A long time ago, asuswrt had a feature called Turbo Mode on rt-ac68U, this feature is that pressing the LED button will automatically overclock to 1GHz.

But this feature was removed in 2015, and I haven't seen any custom functions for the button since then.

If you are interested in the implementation of Turbo Mode, you can view the source code of the version before 378.52.

The last time Merlin said this about the WPS button:
Already on the Todo list, just haven't gotten around to it yet.
