Restore bandwidth data?

I have bandwidth data saved to a usb drive. If I nvram set the router, can I restore the data from the backup? When I drop the file in, it is overwritten by the new file.

Turn off the router. Copy the files to the USB disk, plug the USB disk back, then turn the router back on. If you configured the correct path under Tools -> Other Settings, then you're all set - the existing databases will be reused.
