The goal is to enable WAN access to 2 or more servers provide web services behind a RT-AC68U
  • nextcloud.mydomain.com => 192.168.X.115 (next cloud web service)
  • bbb.mydomain.com => 192.168.X.116 (big blue button web service)
The post below indicates a reverse proxy function to examine packets and forward to the appropriate LAN server and serve up the web page.

Is reverse proxy functionality available as a package that can be installed on the router? Maybe this asking for too much? I am not trying to reinvent the wheel, but would like to understand how to solve said problem: thank you for good suggestions.

I don't think asus routers have enough power/ram to provide a proxy service, if you have a NAS with webserver support it would be better to forward from asus to your NAS and proxy from there.
