Ringless voicemail

The Republican National Committee, which is in favor of ringless voice mail, goes as far as to argue that prohibiting direct-to-voice-mail messages may be a violation of free speech.

Some politicians are so out of touch with reality, makes me wonder from which planet they're from...

Let's all fill up their voicemail boxes to prevent them from receiving legitimate voicemails - hey, it's free speech, they can't stop us!

The Do-Not-Call legislation need to be adjusted for this IMHO.

This would be like putting a sign on your mailbox stating you don't want them to leave any marketing junk, and the delivery man left it on your doorstep instead of your mailbox...

This is where the intention behind the regulation has priority over the wording. If the wording can be worked around, then rewrite it.
