ROG Rapture GT-AX6000 cuts off wired connections, please help :(

Also experiencing this issue, but don't have any USB devices connected. All devices on my network (wifi and ethernet) will disconnect for about 30 seconds then reconnect. This will happen multiple times a day. Had to swap back to my Telstra Smart Modem because I work from home and the disconnections were interrupting my work.
