Router firmware language change

Hello i bought router Huawei AX3 Pro unfortunately firmware is in chinese language there is also global version of this router with multi languages firmware is it possible to modify the chinese firmware and add these multi languagues these?

global firmware WS7200-20_10.0.5.17_main.bin
chinese firmware Hi5651t-1152-ToC_10.0.5.41_main.bin

Hi I have the same problem did you manage to solve it by flashing the global firmware? If so how it is done?
