router latest firmware fails port scan

Hi folks

RTAC68U, running latest firmware 3.0.0.4.374_4561.

I noted that past few firmwares detailed security holes that were fixed so I had a go on GRC port authority and it tells me I have filed on port MFSTDS port.

Is this something to concern ones self with? Back in the day I had draytek which always flew through with flying colours.
