Router level VPN, but excluding specific domains(s)

Hey all,

I'm wanting to have a VPN set up in my router (Mullvad, if that matters), but I want to exclude specific domains from it, namely Twitch, as I'm a streamer and it doesn't like being access via VPN, usually shadow banning you from chat while the VPN is active, and sometimes (but not consistently) blocking streams. In short, I want to have Mullvad on my entire network, but have the entire Twitch domain excluded from VPN routing. Is this possible?
