Have ax86u with Merlin 386.3 . Can’t login anymore to the router. Says invalid user name password. Have access from wan disabled, no ai cloud or anything exposed to the internet. Any ideas what might have happened and is factory reset the only way to get in again ?
 
If you are sure the password is correct, but the router still doesn't allow you to login - yes, factory reset is the only option.
