router rt-ax88u + synology ds218play

Hello
I have a rt-ax88u router with merlin firmware
I bought a NAS synology ds218play and try to set up external access and nothing.
Tell me that I have no router with upnp

connected to the router swisscom (switzerland) says the same
but...

I thought it was easier to set up but ...
I can not connect to the LG TV to see some movies that I put in the NAS


I have the router with an access point

cable connected to the main router has merlin firmware
