Router WAN to LAN issue

I can not duplicate Netgear R7800 Router WAN to LAN performance -- unless multiple simultaneous sockets are used. With only one socket, performance tanks horribly on the Netgear router. That is a problem.

(1) Please clarify how your Router WAN to LAN performance numbers are derived

(2) please add single socket WAN to LAN performance numbers

(3) Test routers in factory default mode. If your test program can't handle getting through the firewall, maybe it is time to use a different test program that can.

New info: Some routers have dramatically different HTTP WAN to LAN performance (namely, port 80 throughput can be much worse) -- publish that number!
