I noticed that Adaptive QoS didn't work on my RT-AC3100, so I tried turning NAT Acceleration (CTF) off and it started working. I have tried turning QoS and CTF on and off several times, also in different order, but no matter what, the Adaptive QoS doesn't work as soon as CTF gets enabled.
As far as I know CTF should work fine as long as you use the Adaptive QoS and not Traditional.
I also tried turning Traditional QoS on and then the router restarted and disabled CTF, as expected.
