I know there is a button on the front to turn off the lights....but whenever you reboot they come back on.

Is there any place in the web GUI that I can turn them off?

Not in the stock firmware.

nvram set led_disable=1
nvram commit
service restart_leds

But does it works on stock firmware?

The firmware built by RMerlin allows you to do this. i've done it on my a87u and n66u
