As the title says I am not able to connect to 5ghz2 on RT-AC5300. Some background on the issue:
Flashed latest version of merlinwrt.
Enabled user scripts
Installed skynet
After installing things where fine for a bit and then all of a sudden I lost connection to my 5ghz2 band. After troubleshooting I found this only happens if 5ghz2 is secured. If I leave it open I connect just fine.
I have attempted all methods of reflashing the firmware. And the issue still persists. I can connect to 2ghz secured, and 5ghz1 secured just fine.
I'm a bit stumped as to why this is occurring. Any suggestions as what else can be done? I should add that the issue lives on in the stock firmware.
