New Around Here
My router lost internet connection today and it didn't work even after I rebooted it. I can't access it using any computer (192.168.1.1.) and I've tried to factory reset it but I can't success.
Current status: only power LED lights in front, WAN & computer RJ45 slots on the back have green leds.
Things I've done to try factory reset the router:
1) Hold reset button for 10 seconds
2) Hold reset button for 30 seconds
3) Hold reset for 30, power off for 30, hold reset for 30 while powering device
4) Shut down device and hold reset while powering
5) Shut down device and hold WPS while powering
Other things I have done
a) Tried different computers, ethernet cables and wall ethernet sockets
b) Tried "Find device" app from Asus
It seems that my reset button does nothing. Power LED stays blue all the time and RJ45 slots don't flash when I press the reset button (they flash when you boot the device).
What should I do? I'm running the latest "beta" firmware (that isn't listed on Asus support site anymore). I've contacted ASUS support and I'm currently waiting for a reply.
