RT-AC66U bricked?

Hello! I've got possibility of purchase "broken" Asus RT-AC66U for $25. Seller claims, that he was trying to install dd-wrt on it, but it was taking too long so he decided to turn off router and now it's broken. I've got a photo of current state - almost all LEDs are on for all the time. Do you think it's just broken and recovery mode is gonna help?

I'd try recovery mode and see what happens. I had one I thought I bricked and had to do ddwrt from recovery, then did stock from recovery to get it going.
