rt-ac66u wrong cfe update 3 lights of death

Hello, I was trying to downgrade the cfe , but something went wrong. Later I realised, that uploaded a wrong CFE and did "mtd-erase -d nvram". Now the router is not pingable and connecting via serial is showing only"decompressing". From that I understood that cfe flash is blank, the only way is to desolder chip and reflash it (I do have a original cfe), but what chip contains cfe I don't know. I would be greatly appreciated, If someone could point out what chip to desolder.
