Hello- I need help figuring out what’s going on with my Asus router.

I’m using an Actiontec C3000A modem in transparent bridge mode connected to an Asus RT-AC68R router. Everything seems to be working fine except for the ‘time scheduling’ feature within parental controls. Whenever a device is entered into the ‘time scheduling’ feature, that device is unable to access certain websites when it is allowed on the network.

For instance, devices entered into the time scheduling feature cannot access wellsfargo.com, clever.com, vanguard.com, and netflix.com. I’m sure there are other websites, I just haven’t taken the time to find them.

I went crazy trying to figure out what was going on with my computer when it couldn’t reach wellsfargo.com, following online tutorials to flush the dns, reset this and that, clear all cookies and caches, run malware, adware, factory reset the router, etc, until I finally narrowed it down to any device that was involved with the time scheduling was having the problems. When I delete the device out of the time scheduling feature then that device can reach all websites.

And it's not just my computer, it's all devices. My daughter missed a class presentation because her device couldn't access clever.com. And if the tv is in time scheduling it can't access netflix.com. So I really can't use time scheduling anymore until I figure this out.

Has anyone run into this before? What might be going on?
