RT-AC68U 5G Recommended Settings

I recently upgraded to the RT-AC68U from the RT-AC66U as I was hoping it would give me a little more bandwidth that the previous router. I own a Macbook Pro Retina Late 2013 model which has wireless AC. Details can be found below. When testing my connection with the router in the same room ,clear line of sight, my Mac is showing a transmit rate of 702 with a Signal -58 dBm and noise of -87 dBm. Is this good? I would think it should be faster... I have my setting being used below

Look in my gallery for settings that I use and.give them a try.

Also, use firmware .41 or .43_2, as they give you better WiFi range and less buggy with 5g settings.

Don't forget to reset the router after switching to older firmware. Flash it again and reset it again just to make sure nothing left of the previous firmware.

I dont see any settings in your gallery for the 5G band. Only 2G?
