RT-AC68U AIProtection Alerts Not Working

I'm having trouble with AIProtection alerts. It worked previously, but recently stopped.

Now, I created dual-authentication, so I could create an "app password". In the ASUS router, I selected Google, entered my userid & app password, but I don't get emails. I do see IPS intrusions, so I know AIProtection should be sending emails.

Any ideas?

AC32000 here , I find that the email alerts stop with every upgrade . I have to reset the email address and password and often have to enter the details several times to make them stick , it has been that way since I first bought the router.

after fw upgrade i always do factory default, and config settings manually. After configuring email notifications i receive confirmation email from my router, but alert notifications not work.

Same problem here, It used to work as it should in the past FW, but right now isan´t working anymore

Asus found problem, and will fix this in new fw.
