RT-AC86U How can I turn off the wifi signal completely?

I try to turn off the wifi signal completely and I can't. If under the signal to the minimum in "wifi-professional-TX power adjustmen", the rooter AC86U stops working. Is there any other way to turn off the wifi signal completely?
