RT-AC86U - OpenVPN server username and password

Have the OpenVPN server working and have 3 username/password pairs set up all working fine. Trying to add a 4th username/password, hit apply but then authentication fails with those credentials. Anyone else seeing this? I've turned the OpenVPN server off and on again but still the same. 3 work, the 4th doesn't.

Make sure there's no unusual characters in either the username or password.

Both are regular letters/numbers
