I read the manual but couldn't find out what's the difference between "Time", "Block" and "Disable" in Time Scheduling. What are those options used for?

In my test, regardless "Time" or "Block" I chose, my device is still able to access Internet.

Put the option to Time and either reboot the router or individually disconnect the client device(s) so that the scheduling will work. :)
