Possible issue discovered..

I enabled Smart QOS on Merlin, and noticed that my download speed had been severely capped.

In the QOS UI, I set my download to 61Mbit and upload to 18Mbit, as recorded from my modem and various speed tests.

However, my *download* seems to be capped at 18Mbit - the figure I set for upload? Maybe something is getting swapped somewhere.

I turned off QOS and all returned to normal.

Make sure you didn't swap the two values, as they are correctly labeled. Note also that using a VPN tunnel will mess up with QoS.

I feel so stupid! I double checked the figures and still managed to swap them!
