I installed this firmware over 380.58 without clearing NVRAM and reconfiguring, and ran in to a few issues:
1) After entering my login credentials, I would get a blank screen. This cleared up after a second reboot but returned again later.
2) The Network Map (client list) showed no entries.
3) Under "Tools -> Ethernet Ports" I got "Querying the switch" and it stayed like that indefinitely.
Rather than reset and reconfigure, I reverted back to 380.58 and all is well again.
