I recently upgraded my router to the latest firmware version 3.0.0.4.386.41535 and port forwarding started to fail, making it impossible to access my web with https protocol and mail server from the WAN.
I made a downgrade to the previous version, but soon the router was automatically upgraded. I have repeated this operation several times with the same result.
I requested support from Asus and was instructed to make an emergency recovery. After doing it with the old firmware, the automatic upgrade process continues.
Can someone tell me how to configure or prevent the router from upgrading?
