Recently acquired this router and flashed rmerlin 386.4. I changed the 5GHz channel as chromecadt won’t connect to channel 153 but this site survey still shows channel 153. WiFi analyser app shows correct channel 60. See screen shots. What is going on?

Few things are wrong with the site survey. #1 your running 80Mhz not 20Mhz, 2. Channel is wrong, 3. 802.11 an isn't a thing.. might be helpful to know what wifi protocol types your running such as legacy(b,g)/n/ac/ax.

What I suspect maybe happening it it's possibly reading a guest network you have running or your not capturing any data collection. https://www.asus.com/support/FAQ/1032598/

If you have a computer I recommend using WinFI as it will give you a far better survey then wifi radar can. Note that in order to see all possible channels your wifi adapter needs to be set to mixed mode on 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz or toggle between the different modes n,ac,ax ect..

Wireless mode is auto, no guest network running & 802.11ax / WiFi 6 mode is disabled & so is 160Mhz. Wireless log shows correct channel & WiFi Site Survey still shows what is in my screen shot. Does that mean Site Survey is not updating for some reason?

in wifi radar settings you need to click start data collection and also then click scan on the radar page (might need to click scan a couple times it's buggy)

Make sure when you finish using wifi radar you stop data collection, otherwise it could kill your routers performance... unnecessary to keep running unless their is a need.
