Hello,
I would like to expose port on router and have some load balancer/failover for two devices. Let's say it's http:80 or http:443 on comp1 and comp2.
Are there any load balancers available with some failover functionalities? (to have that running if one of comps are down).
I know I can place load balancer inside network and expose that one, but maybe there is some solution that can work directly on router.

Not options like this on consumer routers. You may be able to set something up using static routes, but that's advanced stuff that the router may not even do well.
