RT-AX86U wifi 6 not available

Hi,

My home setup consists of RT-AX86U (router, Merlin 388.1) + 2x XT8 as node (stock FW).

Recently, I found out that I am not able to connect to Wifi 6 anymore on my RT-AX86U. When I'm close to the XT8's it switches to AX, but when I'm close to the RT-AX86U it switches back to N with slower speeds. It is driving me crazy...

Everything else is working fine, preferably do not want to factory reset due to IPTV settings.

What am I missing?

Try WPA2/WPA3 under the general tab/authentication, then under the professional tab try "Up to MCS 11...." for modulation scheme...

i seem to recall both @Tech9 and @L&LD saying if there are issues not to select 160mhz option?
