I took the RT-AX88U to share internet bandwidth with 2 other wired routers that have DHCP and Firewall disabled but there is no way to see them in the network since the cable is disconnected.
AX88U has dhcp, active firewall RT-AX88U_386.1_2
I had the same setup with Netgear R7000 and Tomato and there were no problems.

I'd like to help, but I really don't understand what you are trying to do or ask.

What kind of hierarchy are you trying to setup? What ports are you using to connect the routers (LAN or WAN)? What subnets are you using?

If "the cable" is disconnected, there is no way to "see them" in the network :)

Hi!The translation is wrong, the cable is connected but it appears disconnected from the router
-ASUS RT-AX88U is Gateway DHCP Enabled,Firewall enabled establish pppoe connection to connect to the fiber ip 10.0.0.1 sub 255.255.225.0
-Bilion Router DHCP Disabled, firewall Disabled,Upnp disabled connected in lan port 1 with fixed ip 10.0.0.100 sub 255.255.225.0 shares wired and wireless internet
-Router Linksys WRT610N with DD-WRT DHCP Disabled, firewall Disabled,Upnp disabled connected in lan port 1 with fixed ip 10.0.0.50 sub 255.255.225.0 shares wired and wireless internet
Then there are other Netgear switches around the house
With this configuration both the Fritzbox 7590 and the Netgear R7000 with tomato everything worked perfectly
I have the impression that it is Asus that does not want to allow the use of other devices

Still a bit lost "in translation" ;) and unsure of your home language - are you saying that your wired connections to the RT-AX88U are working fine on LAN Port 1 ...whether Billion or Linksys - BUT your Fritzbox and Netgear are not connecting wirelessly to the shared wifi network with the RT-AX88U as the primary router ???

If you want to bridge routers wirelessly you must follow the guide ...

If that is not your issue - then maybe write your problem in your home language and get Google to translate to English - then post.

I made a little diagram.
Before with the Fritz Box 7590 as a gateway instead of the RT-AX88U I had no problem with this configuration

Can you add ip addresses to the diagram above?

Without knowing how you've got it set up....

Set both of the wireless routers as wired Access Points, without setting IP address within the routers. Then your settings for DHCP, firewall, etc. won't matter on the APs. Use the AX88U to set static IP address for each of the two access points. Any other device connecting to one of the access points either wired or wireless will receive IP via DHCP from the AX88U. Note that if you're going to mannually assign an IP to each of the access points (Lan/DHCP tab, bottom of page.) first make sure you have the DHCP starting and ending pool established and set the two manually assigned IP addresses for the Access Points -outside- of the reserved pool of addresses. eg. if the ip pool ending address is 10.0.0.200, you could make the two 10.0.0.210 and 10.0.0.220. The devices attaching to the APs won't care because they'll pull an IP from the AX88U. And frankly you don't need to assign a static IP to the two AP's either - they'll pull an IP via DHCP as well.

If you're trying to have the two remote routers communicating back to the AX88U wirelessly, then set them up as wireless repeaters.

Either way, what you're doing with DHCP, firewall, etc won't matter. The only time that will come into play is if you're trying to use the two secondary routers to assign their own IP address to the clients, which would put you into double NATed situation. But your second message indicates that isn't what you're trying to set up.

Set them both up as a wired Access Points and your troubles should go away.

edit: thinking this through - I suspect you're manually assigning a static IP for each of the two access point routers and the assigned IPs are -within- the automatic DHCP pool start-stop addresses.

If you are using the LAN ports in all the connections shown between the routers then it should be fine. I have a similar setup, in most respects.

Can you give a specific example of what doesn't work?

Yes, on the two routers I connected to the LAN ports so as to be able to take Ip from AX88U.From the firmware it tells me cable not connected when it is connected instead. On the Fritz7590 as a gateway, no problem, you can see all the connected devices

Is your problem similar to the one in this thread?

If not, can you post a screen capture of the error?

Hi, I made the return and got the RT-AX86U and everything and everything worked on the first setup
