RT-AX88U Wireless SSID reverts back to an older value on reboot

I am on the latest release however this has been happening for some time. I have changed the SSID, applied the value and even save the config file and reloaded it however on reboot it reverts back to the previous SSID value. The only thing not yet tried is a full reset. I have looked everywhere in the config to see if I can see the old value but cannot find it. When I go under Network Tools and Site Survey it shows both the 2.4 and 5GHz on the old SSID name as well.

You may have to do it. Don't load configuration files after. Configure the router manually. Do a spring time clean up event.
