RT-N18U FW 3.0.0.4.382.51640 - any issues?

I'm considering apply this version to an RT-N18U half way across the world via VPN. Looks like this update was issued a few weeks after the previous update to fix a few bugs in the earlier version. Curious if anyone is having any issues with this current version.
