RT-N56U to swich

I have the following:-

Netgear CG3100D-2 (bridge) -> RT-N56 -> TL-SG1024D (port 1 via 10m cat6e cable)

I am running the latest 3.0.0.4_206 beta firmware.

My issue is that I am not getting a Gigabit connection on port 1 of the TPLINK swich (have tried different ports and different cables).

Another TPlink router (TL-WR1043ND) with gigabit ethernet seems fine.
The Netgear CG3100D-2 also gets full gigabit ethernet connection.

Any ideas ?
