RT-N56U WPS button

hello everyone

i just got this router... while mostly people don't use WPS...
but i am planning to use it (to help people to easily connect their wifi)

the things is the button somehow its kinda stiff / hard to press, its that normal ?
on manual i read the button is same like i start WPS wizard on admin panel... but when i press it, it does nothing (no blinking on power led)
btw i upgraded the firmware to 1018n...

i am thinking to return the product, but as i need to pay for shipping, i want to make sure the product faulty rather than all product is like that (end up wasted paying shipping cost)

so i hope some RT-N56U user can help me giving some info regarding this "weird" WPS button

thanks in advance

It is flush to the unit, but it should not be hard to push. You should feel a "click" but no sound. You may need to hold it for a second instead of just pushing it.

Also, check the UI to make sure that WPS is enabled on the router (Wireless -> WPS).
