RT-N66U - WoL Packet Sent Even When I don't Want to

Hi,

I have configured my router without issues, everything works just perfect, but I've found one thing that maybe someone can help me out.

I do use WoL to turn on my computers, but I've noticed that if I put them to sleep and access the router through AiCloud app or Router's GUI in the browser, my PC's wakes up from sleep without my request.

Is there any way to avoid that without disabling the WoL service? Because I make use of WoL for starting them, but hate that if I want to put them to sleep instead I must shutdown the system completely or It'll turn up as soon as someone checks the cloud/ftp/ or any other router's services.

Thanks!

Check the Advanced Settings of your computer's network card, on the Device Manager. There's a chekbox that tells it if you want the PC to only wake up on a WOL magic packet or not.
