Rtn65u not letting direct tv receiver clear pvp cache.

My receiver is connected via wired. It receives all the vod and once the pay per view cache is cleared, pvp is able to be ordered. So the router is allowing most of the info through. Just not the pay per view stuff. There is nothing I can find that would not allow this info to pass.
