Hi, Guys,
I recently switch to a new Internet Service Provider. The new fiber bandwidth is 50MHz. I found when I downloading something big, it consumes almost all the bandwidth(about 5MB/s), and then I cannot browse internet and have to just wait it to be finished. But I also found, my asus RTN66U also response very slow. The ping time changes from 1ms to 30ms. And the web page of the router is also quite slow. I also noticed the CPU of the router is 100%. Only 1 core.
So I'm wondering, is it because the router too old? Is it normal? If I upgrade it to AC68U, will it be better?
