I am running PFSense that is providing all L3 functionality. Using RBK50 with Voxel Firmware from Jan 2022 for Wifi connectivity. I was thinking of seperating Guest and LAN into individual subnets by VLANs.
I an easily trunk two VLAN's on single interface on PFSense. I do not know how to do that using nvram cli in Orbi.
On a Linux box,
- I would create Vlans and assign different Bridges
- Assign wifi interface for guest ssid to guest bridge interface
- I do not know how the Backhaul would work here as well
Anyone has done what I am trying to achieve here? I would appreciate help and examples.
