samba 4 cannot work

I have installed samba4-server - 4.9.4-2, It seems cannot work, except below two packages, what other need to install?

samba4-libs - 4.9.4-2 - Samba 4.9.4 libs
samba4-server - 4.9.4-2 - installs: smbd (daemon) smbpasswd pdbedit testparm
