Help needed.
I have a Seagate 2-BAY NAS Storage device model#: STBN100 that the recycle bin does not appears to be working. There are thousands of deleted file showing in the Recycle bin that I am unable to delete VIA the GUI interface that shipped with the NAS "Seagate NAS Discovery Tool".
Since I'm unable to remove these deleted files from the recycle bin, I have run out of disk space on these shared folders.
Note: I am using Windows 7 and Windows 10 OS which both have the same issue using Seagate NAS Discovery Tool and attempting to empty the recycle bins.
Questions:
1. Is there a different way the recycle bin's can be emptied?
2. Is there different way I can connect to my NAS outside of using the Seagate NAS Discovery tool and manually empty the recycle bins of each share to regain my disk space?
Thanks for any help
