New Around Here
Hi

I have an Asus RT-AC88U with a 2TB hdd shared via the usb 3.0 port.

Everything seems to be working fine, however there are a bunch of ntfsck.000000000x shares that show up when I look at the drive in various applications:

Its really annoying when I cant use them and I don't seem to be able to delete them.

Can anyone please tell me what it is I am doing wrong and how I can get rid of these shares showing?

TIA

Phill

By default every folder will be shared. Plug the disk to a PC then remove these folders, they were probably created by a filesystem consistency check.

Might be a good idea to run a chkdsk from the PC while at it.
