Sharing Sub Sub Folders

I must be thick because for some reason I can't figure this out. I'm looking for every option in the UI and have come up blank.

I have an AC68U with Melin firmware and I am trying to share a folder further down in the heirachy process but I can't find a way to drill further down within the firmware.

/USB1 (usb stick)
/USB2 (3TB USB drive)
/USB2/Backups (one user has r/w on this directory)
/USB2/Backups/specialfolder (one special user should have r/w on this directory)

I am trying to be able to grant r/w on the special folder to a specific laptop, but in the UI and can't seem to grant permission to special folder, it will only allow me to grant permissions to the /USB2/backups folder and I don't want that laptop to have permission to the entire folder, just their special folder. Does that make sense?

Why don't you put the "specialfolder" under the root and grand permission?

Yes... I could do that, I was trying to remain the folder structure already on the drive, but that would work too.

@Kevlarmpowered Unfortunately you can't share "sub sub" folders. Asus have implemented their own non-standard, simplified ftp system. Presumably to protect their non-technical customers.

It might be possible to create a custom config file for vsftp if you are familiar with such things:
