SIM card for the Mini A8????

Hi. Off topic here but I am trying to find a SIM card that supplies a phone number for a MINI A8 locator
based on GSM.

Several phone stores here in St. Louis could not help me and a EBay company that sells worldwide SIM
cards said no also.

Any advice please pass it on. (My cell phone service is with Virgin Mobile.)
