Sorry for the short post, but we've discussed router-as-NAS reliability in multiple threads. If you look for reliability and value your data - get a NAS. What routers offer is mostly for marketing purposes, may or may not work for everyone's use case.

You've got a good deal on GT-AXE11000 because it's >4 years old model (released in Jan 2021) and two hardware generations behind current high-end models (in both CPU and radios). You may see this one on End-of-Life list in few years time.
