Speed loss with FW above 300438445708

For some reason my Speed Drops in half on any firmware over FW_RT_AC88U_300438445708.zip ,
I have tried 45713 , 45717 and beta 11.2 , I have done all the basic things such as factory reset etc.. when I downgrade back to 45708 all is well , This is of course a RT AC88U on a ATT Fiber Gig with a Arris BGW210-700 in front and the AC88u Passed though ..

Sorry, have to ask.
When you've done the factory reset, you've also ticket the initialize all settings box ? And not read in some old backup afterwards, but reconfigured all from scratch manually ?

Hi, Yes I did , I basically set it up as a new router , no backups restored etc.. I now have to think this is some issue with ATT and their proprietary gateway as this is not a issue that would go unnoticed for long by many and I don't see anyone else with the issue , though I have had this router for over a year and ATT for over two , I have always ran the latest firmware with no issues ..
