SQM on RBK50?

I did some searching but could not find a definitive answer. Does Volel or some other firmware support SQM on the RBK50? I have T-Mobile 5G internet and I get great speed, I just want to smooth it out. I’m ready to install either Voxel or OpenWRT, I just want to know which one before I invest a lot of time.
