I've just upgraded my RT-AC3100 to the latest firmware 384.15, and noticed a bunch of the following strings in the dmesg output:

Code:
[dump prev ops] from 80000000, local len(2850)
_ Reboot message ... _______________________________________________________
SQUASHFS error: Unable to read data cache entU52ce8e]
SQUASHFS error: Unable to read page, block 52ce8e, size d054
SQUASHFS error: Unable to read data cache entry [52ce8e]
SQUASHFS error: Unable to read page, block 52ce8e, size d054
SQUASHFS error: Unable to read data cache entry [52ce8e]
SQUASHFS error: Unable to read page, block 52ce8e, size d054

The router is working as per normal. Is this an indication of possible NAND failure, or something else?

This is normal. The firmware image was written to a live filesystem, so during the shutdown on the reboot, it complained that the filesystem had changed.
