By using a standard port you're an easy target for port scanners. 167 of the entries in your log are from 207.180.192.205 which is a known scanner. It is scanning you on other well known BitTorrent ports as well, like 6881.port 51413 is open for transmission, but it's sitting idle and doing nothing.
Firewall > General > Logged packets typewhere do you turn that off?
I just googled that port number and it led me to the Transmission document saying it was its default port.didn't know 51413 was a standard port, i just picked one at random.
